1st Technical Committee : progress report

The Technical Committee meeting was held by video conference. During this event, all tasks in all work packages were discussed in order to give the partners an exhaustive overview of the ongoing and future work. A few content adjustments were pointed out by comparison with the project submission content. The changes concern mainly the formalisation of deliverables and the task titles. The project's external communication strategy was discussed, notably the drafting of a communication plan. A project communication meeting will be organised at the end of June to collect the partners' opinions. A webinar with OECS member states will be organised very shortly (July 2020) to launch the project's dissemination at Caribbean level. This will be followed up with the participation of one or more partners in selected international events (CREF, Virtual Island Summit).
