1st Technical Kick-Off Meeting

The meeting in early October 2019 of the consortium members in Guadeloupe allowed to specify the administrative and technical conditions of the project. A first draft schedule was drawn up to target the end of the EDF mobilization period (from which the OECS benefits) at the end of October 2020. Activities are planned between now and then. The partners are all waiting for the elements of agreement (EDF and ERDF) and contractualization of the partnership. The Joint Secretariat was aiming at a formalization of these documents for the end of October.
